Dr. Sarah Melstrom is the owner and dentist of Twin Oaks Dental & Wellness in Blaine, MN, a practice she rebuilt around a holistic, biocompatible, and oral-systemic approach to care. A University of Minnesota graduate, she has been in practice since 2004 and has spent that time refining a model where hygienists are treated - and function - as true healthcare providers, not just a cleaning appointment between exams. As a Key Opinion Leader for Septodont, she partners with the company to develop clinical education that bridges evidence-based dentistry with real-world chairside practice. Her lecture and course work - including content built around Biodentine and BufferPro - focuses on helping clinicians deliver pain-free, stress-free, and future-proof care. In this course, she brings that same practical, hands-on philosophy to anesthesia and ergonomics, giving hygienists tools that protect their bodies and elevate the way they practice.
